A: OK, Need customer provide their packaging or we make neutral packaging.
Q2:How can you guarantee the production quality?
A: We have more than 5 years experience of polymer battery production. Our production quality follow strict control program. We have 3 times inspection for finished product before package. All of our batteries are 100% tested and installed before shipment.
Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by JEC. It usually takes 13-15 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q4: What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 7-12 days, mass production time needs negotiation.
Q5: Do you have the documents required for battery shipments?
A:Yes, we have MSDS, UN38.3, etc. and other special files needed for shipments to some regions can also be secured.
